In 2011, Alan joined Landmark Title and Heekin Law following his own real estate law practice from 1998-2010. Alan’s primary clients are local builders and residential construction lenders. Brandy, has over 20 years of experience in the title industry, is a licensed title agent in the State of Florida and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She was born and raised in Central Illinois but has called Palm Coast home for the past 24 years. In her free time, Brandy enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

James L Pearce, a native North Carolinian, is a licensed civil engineer and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003. He has resided in the Jacksonville area since 1992and has been practicing law in the area of residential and commercial real estate since 2009. He represents buyers and sellers in closing both residential and commercial real estate transactions. In addition to closings, he assists business owners with company formations, contract formation and reviews, and preparing and reviewing commercial leases; he represents Landlords in developing leases and forming LLC holding companies, and he has worked with several eminent domain cases.
Jason grew up in Northeast Florida. He has varied in careers from customer service with BCBSFL, to Firefighting, as well as serving in both the US Army and the Florida Air National Guard. He and his wife, Nicole, spend their free time rooting for the Florida State Seminoles and taking their kids to cheer, football, and band practices.

Jay was born in Billings, Montana but has been a Florida resident for most of his life. He grew up working in his parent’s restaurant where he would help serve customers. Jay is a family man and likes to spend his extra time with his wife and two boys. You will likely find him spending his weekend either outdoors or doing some type of exercise. Jay’s customers appreciate his “can do” attitude and professionalism on every transaction he closes.
John has been in the mortgage industry for over 30 years. His experience includes mortgage loan originations and underwriting, as well as mortgage banking management. He has extensive experience in homeownership community outreach implementation and management, and also default litigation where he worked as the corporate representative for a major mortgage servicing company as their representative in non-jury uncontested and contested foreclosure trials. John has been married to my wonderful wife of 25 Michele and has 4 daughters.
Keileigh was born and raised in the beautiful mountains of New Hampshire. She joined the Landmark family with 20 years of customer service experience and a passion for learning everything she can about the title insurance industry. Keileigh is committed to bringing white-glove service to every closing. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, and most of all spending time with her husband and three children.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Sam Stromberg has more than 20 years of experience and expertise as a real estate attorney. Admitted to both the Georgia and Florida Bar Associations, Sam began his legal career in Atlanta running title for a region-wide firm, and eventually opened and oversaw that firm’s Palm Beach office as its Managing Attorney. With connections to both the Palm Beach area and his hometown of Jacksonville, Sam eventually split his time between the two regions, handling real estate closings in both south and northeast Florida. Sam grew up on the north side of Jacksonville, attended First Coast High School. She then graduated from Jacksonville University in Aviation Management & Flight Operations. After flight instruction at Craig Airport, Sam was hired by Atlantic Southeast Airlines where she flew for nearly 10 years. In 2017, Sam was hired by Delta Air Lines where she is currently a First Officer on the Boeing 737. This past January while flying was slow, Sam was fortunate to start as a closer for Landmark Title.
