Alan B. Almand
Alan is a Jacksonville native and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1988 after graduating from the University of Florida School of Law in 1987 with honors. In 2011, Alan joined Landmark Title and Heekin Law following his own real estate law practice from 1998-2010. Alan’s primary clients are local builders and residential construction lenders. Away from work, Alan enjoys spending time with his wife of 40 years, traveling, and playing golf.

Caroline Nichols is a Jacksonville native and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2002. Her legal practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate representing buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate developers, landlords, tenants, and condominium and homeowners’ associations.

Jay Rocco is a licensed title insurance agent in the state of Florida and has worked as a closer for over 10 years. Jay was born in Billings, Montana but has been a Florida resident for most of his life. He grew up working in his parent’s restaurant where he would help serve customers. Jay is a family man and likes to spend his extra time with his wife and two boys. You will likely find him spending his weekend either outdoors or doing some type of exercise. Jay’s customers appreciate his “can do” attitude and professionalism on every transaction he closes.
Rose Alberre, Esq.
Rose Alberre has been practicing law in Florida since 2002, serving clients in a wide variety of business and real estate matters, including residential and commercial real estate transactions; preparation, review, and negotiation of residential and commercial closing and loan documents, leases, purchase agreements, and other contracts; foreclosure prosecution and defense; homeowners’ association liens and foreclosures; landlord/tenant matters; business and contract disputes; complex business and real estate litigation; business entity formation and other corporate work; and general practice. Rose began her legal career as a Federal Judicial Law Clerk, in the U.S. District Court. Rose graduated law school Cum Laude from Stetson University College of Law where she obtained her J.D. degree and also obtained her M.B.A. from Stetson University, Summa Cum Laude. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude. Rose enjoys boating, camping (aka “glamping”), and traveling with her husband, Chris (a Jacksonville native), and their four children.
Sam grew up on the north side of Jacksonville, attended First Coast High School. She then graduated from Jacksonville University in Aviation Management & Flight Operations. After flight instruction at Craig Airport, Sam was hired by Atlantic Southeast Airlines where she flew for nearly 10 years. In 2017, Sam was hired by Delta Air Lines where she is currently a First Officer on the Boeing 737. This past January while flying was slow, Sam was fortunate to start as a closer for Landmark Title.
Sam is married with 3 children and 4 stepchildren and lives in Saint Augustine, FL. She loves being outside, on the boat, and traveling with her family.
