Caroline Nichols is a Jacksonville native and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2002. Her legal practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate representing buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate developers, landlords, tenants, and condominium and homeowners’ associations.
Cheri Wyse is a lifelong Jacksonville resident. She has worked in the Jacksonville legal community since the age of 15 in positions ranging from copy clerk to paralegal. She has been happily married for 30 years to her high school sweetheart, Randy, a Jacksonville firefighter and has two beautiful daughters. In addition to spending time with her family, Cheri enjoys weekends at the lake.

A double University of Florida grad (College of Journalism and Law School), and a Jaguar and Chicago Cubs fan, Howard believes that all situations in life can be best explained by a witty sports analogy.. Favorite music is old time rock-n-roll. Favorite books are anything without legal words in them. Favorite people are Realtors and Mortgage Professionals. He is also quite fond of his wonderful wife Debbie, two cool sons Justin and Jordan, and a great family and friends.

Jay Rocco is a licensed title insurance agent in the state of Florida and has worked as a closer for over 10 years. Jay was born in Billings, Montana but has been a Florida resident for most of his life. He grew up working in his parent’s restaurant where he would help serve customers. Jay is a family man and likes to spend his extra time with his wife and two boys. You will likely find him spending his weekend either outdoors or doing some type of exercise. Jay’s customers appreciate his “can do” attitude and professionalism on every transaction he closes.
